Intelligent research. Human voice.

WHO ARE WE?

Minerva Intézet Nonprofit Kft. was launched in May 2025 by two companies: Clementine and Wozavez Consulting.

Clementine has been working in data science and machine learning for twenty years, with particular strengths in text analytics, audio analytics, and the development of Hungarian-language NLP-based systems. Its solutions in customer service, customer information, and network analysis are used by numerous major Hungarian companies.

Wozavez Consulting has been developing software since 2014, including complex process management and Call Centre solutions.

The two companies joined forces to create a platform more modern, affordable, and reliable than currently available solutions — one capable of interactive voice-based communication, which can be used for telephone opinion and market research, the creation of intelligent information systems, and digital customer service tasks.

The first application of the platform was the Minerva Institute's AI-based CATI (Computer-Aided Telephone Interview) system, with which opinion polls can be conducted far more quickly and efficiently than with human-based solutions. Ferenc Pohly was asked to lead the Nonprofit Kft. established to introduce the system; he has decades of experience in media and application development and has worked on several AI-related projects in recent years.

Certain components of the system were supplied by the Hungarian company SpeechTex.

The founders decided to periodically conduct surveys of broad public interest at their own expense, thereby demonstrating the system's capabilities while creating an objective and independent source for those interested in Hungarian opinion research. It would also be wrong to conceal that the founders' own curiosity plays a role in this project: having such an advanced tool at their disposal, they want to gain first-hand knowledge of the trends shaping Hungary's dynamic public life.
